I am extremely pleased with Top AC, especially with Ethan (owner) and his team who did an exceptional job replacing my 23+ year old HVAC unit that had been leaking and underperforming for a while. I knew the unit was old and would have to be replaced, so I didn't bother requesting another repair - which Top AC agreed would be a waste of money at this point, given the age of the unit. Also, the furnace had to be relocated, which wasn't easy as it had been placed in a make-shift attic space inside my master closet by prior owners. Ethan promptly offered solutions and creatively relocated the unit into the hallway attic upstairs, creating a new opening, and ran a new drain line to the exterior to avoid another leak into my bedroom ceiling. He also facilitated replacing all my dated vent grates, identified a broken duct downstairs which had been the cause of no air flow to the back of my house, coordinated with an abatement company to remove the old ducts that were asbestos wrapped, and seamlessly installed an energy efficient HVAC unit with new insulation throughout the attic space. His crew were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and clean. Ethan was on-sight daily, ensured everything was done properly, listened to my concerns and helped problem solve to facilitate resolutions without adding needless costs, and got the job done timely. He also coordinated estimates for me with an electrician, contractor, and painter, which I requested as I wanted additional work done to my home. I confidently recommend Top AC for an HVAC replacement, and would bet they'd be great for HVAC repairs and maintenance as well, if needed.
